Garlic Prawn Tapas

You Need:

  • 1 pack Garlic Prawns
  • 30 (125g) bagelettes/melba toast, one for each prawn
  • 150g black olive tapenade
  • 150g roasted capsicum
  • black olives, sliced
  • basil/parsley leaves to garnish

Method:

  1. Gently pan-fry prawns for 1-2 minutes until just turned pink
  2. Top half of the bagelettes with 1/2 tablespoon of roasted capsicum ead the other half with 1/2 tablespoon of olive tapenade
  3. Top each bagelette with a garlic prawn and garnish with parsley, basil or black olives

Suggestions: Try with basil pesto or creamy danish feta
