Citron Vodka Oysters with Salmon Caviar Salsa

You Need:citron-oysters

  • 1 dozen oysters
  • 1/4 cup citron vodka
  • 60g salmon caviar
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 5 chives, finely chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper



For the salsa, add the caviar, lemon zest, chives and pepper together in a bowl, mixing until well combined.

Drizzle approximately one teaspoon of vodka over each oyster.

Place the salsa on top of the oysters and serve.
