You Need: (Serves 6)

  • 6 marlin steaks
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, coarsley chopped
  • 250ml tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste



Place fish in a heatproof glass baking dish.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion and green pepper. Saute 2-3 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and pour the sauce mixture over the marlin steaks.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
