Blue Grenadier: Hungarian Baked

You Need: (Serves 4)

  • 1kg blue grenadier fillets
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • paprika



Skin and bone fillets, and place into a deep 20cm oven-proof dish.

Combine the rest of the ingredients (except paprika) and spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in hot oven at 250C degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with mashed potato, spinach and lemon wedges.
